Dr. Cristina Everson

For more than 14 years, Dr. Cristina Everson has continued to provide patients with state-of-the-art service and care. As a trusted dentist near Brookhaven, she comes from a long line of oral healthcare professionals in her family, and her passion for helping others is evident in her daily responsibilities and duties.

Discovering a love for arts and sciences while in school, she enjoyed the aspect of being able to combine the two through dentistry. After earning her bachelor's degree in biology in medical sciences and chemistry at Southern Illinois University, she went on to attend the University of Illinois at Chicago, completing her dental degree.

Currently, Dr. Cristina is an Invisalign Certified Provider and prioritizes continuing education to hone her skills. She also remains active in various professional organizations, including the American Dental Association, the Georgia Dental Association, the Thomas P. Hinman Dental Meeting, the American Association of Women Dentists, and the Northern District Dental Society.

When she’s not busy in the office, you’ll find her spending time with her husband (and colleague), Dr. Michael Everson, as well as their two children. She is also active within their neighborhood, plays golf and tennis, and enjoys cooking and traveling.

As a board-certified orthodontist near Brookhaven, Dr. Michael Everson’s dental career spans 15+ years. Helping patients better understand the orthodontic process, he pays close attention to every detail so that he can deliver the highest-quality results.

Visiting the dentist and orthodontist was something Dr. Michael always enjoyed. Even as a child, when he had to receive orthodontics, he was always asking questions about the process and what his results would look like. Believing it would one day be an enjoyable career, he completed his bachelor’s degree in biology and chemistry at Indiana University before completing his general dentistry training at the Indiana School of Dentistry.

He then went on to attend the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry to undergo his orthodontic residency. There, he also received a master’s degree in oral sciences.

Dr. Michael is board-certified by the American Board of Orthodontists – a designation only held by less than one percent of oral healthcare professionals in the state of Georgia.

He is also active in multiple dental organizations, such as:

Dr. Michael is married to our own Dr. Cristina Everson, and they have two children. When he’s not with his family, he’s likely to be found playing golf.
